The Motorola EQ5 utilizes Bluetooth Version 2.0 + EDR. It supports HFP 1.5, A2DP 1.2 and AVRCP 1.0 profiles. For clear communication, the EQ5 uses noise reduction and echo-cancellation technology.
The Motorola EQ7 Wireless Hi-Fi Stereo Speaker is a state-of-the-art sound system that includes JBL audio technology. A tune-ported enclosure combined with four Odyssey transducers provide rich bass and a smooth response. Using Class 1 Bluetooth, the Motorola EQ7 offers up to 100m/330ft of wireless freedom. It has a built-in microphone with noise reduction and echo-cancellation and uses backlit controls for easy operation
The Motorola EQ7 can be powered via AC adapter or four AAA batteries. The EQ7 utilizes Bluetooth version 2.0. It supports HF 1.5, A2DP, and AVRCP profiles.
The Motorola EQ5 and EQ7 are expected to be available in Q2 of 2008.
