Bluetooth Speakers

Bluetooth SpeakersMusic. It provides the soundtrack to our lives. Never has it been easier to play your favorite songs or audio clips, all the time, anywhere. Music phones or MP3 players used with Bluetooth speakers equipped with A2DP technology, make wireless access to songs seamless and simple.

A2DP stands for Advanced Audio Distribution Profile. This profile allows high quality audio files to be streamed wirelessly from a Bluetooth device, to a Bluetooth speaker set. Originally used with an audio transceiver connected to a standard output jack, A2DP encodes the incoming data to a Bluetooth-capable format and sends a wireless signal to the Bluetooth speakers to play the sound. A2DP is supported by most Bluetooth 2.0 headphones, but many Bluetooth 1.0, 1.2 or 2.0 devices do not support it without enhancements.

Think about your stereo system. Do you have wires tied up behind it in the case, running from the wall or your MP3 player docking station to the CD receiver? With Bluetooth speakers, say goodbye to all that clutter and hello to a clean, wire-free system. Many of the speaker systems have a static-proof allowing for crystal-clear sound.

Functional with MP3 players as well as music-compatible cell phones, Bluetooth speakers, like most Bluetooth devices, have around a 30 foot range of use, so your iPod or phone doesn’t need to be docked anywhere near them to play. Simply point your device at the speakers to play your sound-bites or tunes. The speakers, being wireless, are also portable, so set up your music area anywhere in your home or office that suits you, anytime.
