Motorola and Oakley Inc. have teamed up to unveil a new line of premium Bluetooth wireless technology eyewear named RAZRWire. They are a pair of Bluetooth sunglasses that allow individuals wearing them to talk and listen to their Bluetooth cell phones. This cool Bluetooth invention frees the consumer from wires and allows active users to answer or place calls with a touch of a button.
The Bluetooth RAZRWire was developed for active consumers who are frequently on the phone and who seek mobility. Anyone active will find these sunglasses very useful. They encourage and enable hands-free connection on the go. Just like before, you can wear your shades while you ride your bike, skateboard, rock climb and golf, but now, with the new RAZRWire sunglasses, you can also safely talk on the phone at the same time.
”This new line of wireless wearables creates a seamless experience for active consumers - they can go from one environment to the next and stay connected at the touch of a button," said Bruce Hawver, Vice President and General Manager, Motorola Companion Products group. The RAZRWire is expected to be available in the second half of 2005 and will come in three frame colors.
Unique Features of RAZRWire:
- Comfortable, lightweight frame made of O-luminum (40% lighter than pure titanium)
- Patented XYZ Optics - maintains razor sharp clarity at all angles of visions
- Impact Protection
- 100% UV filtering
