Battery Life and Charging
Before using the headset for the first time, you must charge the Bluespoon AX2 for 8 hours. This can be done via two methods; connecting the USB cable to your USB port on your computer or using the wall charger.
When hooked to the charger, the headset has a snake-like appearance. While charging, the Talk button will light up RED. Once the battery is fully charged, the RED Light will turn off.
When the headset is turned on and the battery is fully charged, a BLUE light will flash every 10 seconds. When battery power is low, the RED light will start flashing every 10 seconds.
A unique feature of this headset is the battery changing option. Just pull the battery drawer out of the Bluespoon AX2, put the new battery in, close the drawer and charge your headset again. I can't see myself going out to buy a new battery but I guess it's a good feature to have.
With 8 hours of talk time, and a remarkable 1500 hours of standby time, you should have no worries about the AX2 dying at the most inopportune moments.
Style and Comfort
When we first removed the headset out of the box, we were totally shocked on how small it actually is. The box says it's small but "my god" is it tiny. The headset is about the size of a quarter.

The Bluespoon AX2, in our opinion, is the most stylish headsets on the market today. It is barely noticeable on your ear. This is truely a great attribute because many other Bluetooth headsets make you look like a cyborg.
Putting on the headset is another story. It is a very complicated process. At first, I couldn't get the headset to stay in my ear and I couldn't figure out what the soft springs were all about. The headset would constantly fall off. I thought the headset just didn't fit my ear size. Even after reading the manual, I still could not get the headset to fit correctly. After many frustrating minutes of playing around, I figured out the proper way to put the Bluespoon AX2 on. To my surprise, the headset had a very comfortable feel. With only two different sizes of ear pieces, we are not sure if the headset will fit everyone. Since the headset actually sits somewhat inside your ear, the comfort level decreases the longer you have it on.
View the manual to see how to align the earpieces depending on which ear you choose to wear it on.
