Sony Ericsson is introducing a new Bluetooth hands free communication device for your automobile. The Bluetooth Car Speakerphone HCB-100 is a car kit which will connect to your Bluetooth enabled cell phone. The HCB-100 will let you manage your phone calls while also allowing you to keep your eyes on the road. The HCB-100 uses Bluetooth 1.2, allowing it to connect to all compatible Bluetooth phones. The Color ID feature enables 5 different phones to connect to the HCB-100 at once. Using Digital Signal Processing (DSP) with digital
noise cancellation and echo reduction, the HCB-100 was designed specifically for a noisy car environment. The device is perfect for long trips because it offers 20 hours talk time with a standby time of up to 25 days.
The HCB-100 is simple for anyone to use because it doesn’t require any installation. The device attaches to your car’s sun visor using a universal clip. After clipping it to your visor, you will be able to manage calls using the devices large, identifiable buttons. Also, because the HCB-100 is so small and light weight, you can bring it with you to use in your office or home.
The Sony Ericsson Bluetooth Car Speakerphone HCB-100 will be available in the second quarter of 2006.
