Mio Technology Ltd. showcased its newest premium device, the DigiWalker C710, at the CES 2006. The DigiWalker C710 is a GPS navigator which can be easily mounted in your car and easily transported to another car. The C710 is also a fully functional media player with 2 GB of flash memory, so you can play music, video, and view photos.
With a large 3.5" color screen, the DigiWalker C710 comes equipped with high-end features such as Bluetooth technology and real-time traffic monitoring. The integrated Bluetooth technology allows you to wirelessly connect the C710 to other Bluetooth devices like a cell phone or personal computer. Traffic monitoring allows you to navigate around traffic problems in order to avoid traffic jams.
The C710 also features an integrated text-to-speech function which enables you to hear specific street names while being directed to your destination. The C710 comes with preloaded detailed 2005 maps of the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. It also comes preloaded with millions of Points of Interest (POIs), which allow you to easily find directions to restaurants, theme parks, stadiums, etc.

The MSRP of the Mio DigiWalker C710 is $899 and will be available in Q1 of 2006.
